Here are some Tips from the Comment below:
Go to your settings to change the date, you go forward a year, close that down, open the game (DON’T COLLECT JUST YET!), go back to the date & change to current date, close that down & go back into the game & it should be fine to collect again. Any time it says x amount of hundred/thousand days to collect, just change the date a year in advance but you need to open the game & close it for it to “register” the date change. Always works. I got caught there & found this out myself. And if you go back say 10yrs & just collect as you change forward each year until you get to this year you’ll be able to collect each time. Once you get to 2012, go forward a year again but don’t collect & then go back 10yrs (or more if you like) & just accept the collection each year change. Pretty simple. I’ve like gazillions & still going. Hope that helps!

Where can I buy the fireplace and greenery??
Click onto “design” then it opens up too the store, click on decor (the lampshade icon)Fireplaces and greenery are both under the same section. It then should come up with a selection of other icons for fireplaces click onto the fireplace icon and for greenery click on the red plant icon. Hope this helps.
choose decor then the 3rd one going right is a tiny picture of a fireplace. 3 more going to the right or whatever there is a pic. of a flower. thats where the greenery is
How do I increase money from home value?
I can’t change the date! No place to do it in my settings
Press settings, go into general ( on the left hand side) then scroll down to date and time

go to a date where you can collect, DO NOT COLLECT. then go back to original date, you should be able to collect. in future if you want more money change date to next month DONT COLLECT then go back to original date like above

An easy cheat is change date to next day then go to game and dont collect money and change time to 1st of the month then go to game and collect money then go to settings change for next day then go again to game collect money and again change date to next day again collect money do it again again and again happy money i have made 9836126 it is easy

Downloading other apps they tell you to each app is worth a certain amount of coins all you have to do is dowload the app open it and that’s it you earnd your coins!

What does 2-star or higher means?
each item has an 1,2 or 3 stars, when a task asks you to buy a item that is two star or higher, but an item that shows 2 or 3 stars, 2star items are usually further to the right when you scroll along. 3 star items can only be bought with coins. Hope this helps!
I have a glitch on my 'vacation home' I only have 4 residents, two adults, a kid and a baby, but on house market it says: two adults, two kids, two babies. what can I do?

Here is a cheat: if you have something like a door, couch, fridge, etc. and you don’t want to wait you just go to your time settings and you change that to how long you have to wait or something and it will work. (:

If you reset you keep your money, but you lose every room except living room and go back to level 1. Furniture you had bought is stored, but you cannot get it back until you level up again. You must add rooms again andreplace flooring and wallpaper. If you have time and patience, you can add money faster by collecting a smaller amount every two minutes for a day or two (at level 1) before starting to buy furniture again. As you level up and get greater value, the time between collections gets very long. It can take 8 hours to get $30,000. You can get $45,000 in an hour by collecting $1500 every two minutes. The time change cheat screws up every other timed program on your device, including the calendar.
